Qualifications: NVQ level 3, safeguarding level 2, first aid, and DSL

​I joined EGDN in October 2007. With over 25 years of experience in childcare, I began my journey as a nursery assistant, gradually developing my skills and knowledge to become a Nursery SENCO, then deputy, and now manager. I take great joy in watching children learn, grow, and develop new skills, especially when they are having fun through thoughtfully designed, challenging, and exciting activities. I am fortunate to work with an amazing team of childcare practitioners, each bringing their own unique strengths to our collaborative environment.​​

Qualifications: Safeguarding level 2, First Aid, and DSL

I joined EGDN in May 2021, I began my journey with EGDN as a student and have had the opportunity to work in all rooms with children of all ages. I’m currently working in Preschool, where I love watching the children develop essential life skills and grow into their unique personalities. Their incredible imaginations make each day different and fun, and they always have a way of brightening the day, which is why I truly enjoy working with them.

Qualifications: Level 3 childcare safeguarding, Level 2 first aid Senco

I joined EGDN in November 2021 and have been working in childcare for 12 years, progressing through the relevant qualifications since leaving school. I love watching children grow and gain confidence. Currently, I am on maternity leave with my son, where I'm putting all my practical skills to good use.

Qualifications: Level 3 childcare,  first aid, safeguarding, DSL

​I joined EGDN in October 2021. With over 12 years of childcare experience, I love watching children reach their goals and achieve important milestones, always supporting them along the way. I am committed to creating a safe environment where children can thrive in their development and have fun without any worries. My key children especially enjoy singing and story time with me, as I always make it as fun and engaging as possible.

Qualifications: Level 3 childcare first aid, safeguarding

​I have been part of the EGDN team for 12 years since June 2012, and I’m a kind and friendly person who enjoys working with this incredible team. I currently work with babies and love watching them grow and develop new skills through the exciting activities we plan. In my spare time, I enjoy making memories with my 3-year-old daughter and spending time with my family.

​I’ve been working at EGDN for 3 years since September 2021, and I love working with young children. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them achieve milestones and targets. I enjoy seeing them learn new skills and gain knowledge through activities, helping to prepare them for school by fostering their independence. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, creating lasting memories.

I joined the EGDN in November 2021. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with the amazing team at EGDN. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch the children learn and grow. In my spare time, I enjoy going on outings with my nephew and family.

Anisha
Qualifications: Food Hygiene, first aid, better business

I joined the nursery in October 2021. I work alongside an amazing team and, as a parent of twins, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in a safe environment. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing the children enjoy the food I prepare and cook for them. Our cooking and skills lessons are always a lot of fun. I also assist in the rooms, which is incredibly fulfilling as I get to watch the children grow, develop new skills, and express their unique personalities.
